Our 2025 Internship opportunity has returned! We are looking for a candidate to join our team on a three-month paid digital marketing internship with a chance to progress to a permanent position if you shine. Located in Wellington CBD, the summer internship is an in-house position for 30 hours a week across 3 months. It’s perfect for recent graduates looking to gain experience in a range of digital marketing domains, from paid media to content and more. 

This position isn’t exclusive to those who have studied marketing — if this opportunity sounds like a bit of you then we’d love to hear from you regardless of what you have been learning. 

We are a Digital Performance agency based in Wellington and Auckland. We work with clients looking to gain maximum return on their digital marketing investments.

We have had great success hiring bright and motivated individuals who are currently completing their studies or have recently graduated, eager to learn and challenge themselves within digital marketing, and we hope this will help us find our next superstars.

We are looking for candidates to join on a three-month internship initially, but this is unashamedly an opportunity for both us and you to work out if we want to work together in the longer term.

What you'll be doing:

  • Learning how Google, Meta and other advertising platforms work
  • Monitoring and adjusting client campaign spend and reporting any issues
  • Tracking the performance of content using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Motion, social media insights).
  • Creating basic reports to show content engagement, reach, and areas for improvement
  • Supporting the reporting of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs
  • Analysing campaign performance
  • Assisting in writing and editing blog posts, paid search ad copy, articles, social media posts, and newsletters
  • Assisting with research for internal projects
